Routes management

Control the available Routes for the Cars and related Driver .

• – Single Route at least should be created at the begining
• – Destination latitude & longitude is required

Pickup & Destination Locations

Each parent can add pickup & destination for his student.

• – Pickup & Destination locations should be inserted from the Parents APP
• – Admin should assign the Pickup-Destination Locations to nearest Route

Route Trips Monitoring

Daily route trips for students & employees with fixed times.

• – Business provider should create his routes and set the morning & evening trips times
• – Business can track the trip from Admin panel at Trips page
• – Parents & employees can track the trip through APP

Taxi Trips

Parent & Employees can book taxi trip with preset time.

• – User can create his taxi trip and set pickup & destination
• – Business should set the cost to let the customer confirm and pay online
• – User can pay online or request to pay in cash
• – Commission will be added to driver balance once the trips is being completed and paid

Pickup days

Set the pickup or school days that the student should be picked-up.

• – Pickup days should be inserted from Parents APP
• – If pickup-day is off, the new trips will not include the student

Drivers Management

Drivers can sned work application to any business provider.

• – Driver should signup through the APP and complete his personal information
• – Driver password is generated automatically and will be sent through Email
• – He should choose a business to apply with it
• – Business owner can approve or reject the request to koin his team

Parents account

Parent should create his own account and his children information

• – He should add his children to choose a business provider for him
• – Also he can make taxi trip request by his account

Employees account

Employee should create his own account and add complete his profile

• – Locations, information and pickup days should be configured
• – He can choose a business provider to subscribe

Supervisor account

Supervisor account is optional for each business route

• – Supervisor location should be added and assigned from the business dashboard

Vehicles Management

Each business should create his vehicles types and his vehicles to assign to its driver & route.

• – Vehicles has capacity option for the limit of pickups
• – Vehicle location tracked by the driver APP

Invoicing system

System has his own invoices, and business provider has his own ones.

• – System admin can see his invoices for system subscription payments
• – Business provider have his invoices from packages subscriptions and taxi trips payments

Wallet system

All Business provider and driver have wallet includes credit balance and debit balance

– Each driver has personal wallet with credit balance of the taxi trips commissions.

– Each business provider has business wallet for online payments balance after deducting the system
commission.

Withdrawal system

All Business provider and driver can send Withdrawal request with custom payment method

Collected cash

Business provider should collect the cash paid taxi trips from driver wallet in cash for debit reconciliation.

Vacations

Parent can add a vacation for his student to ignore him from the trip location for the selected day.

Driver speed limit

Each business should set his routes speed limit for drivers and they will get alarm if they exceeded it.

Packages

Each business should create at least one package to let users subscribe to.

Driver applicants

Business provider can allow/deny to receive work applicantions from drivers to join his team.

Business applicants

Business provider can allow/deny to receive applicantions from parents and employees to join one of his routes.
