Description


The Business Help Desk is a production-ready, single-page web application (SPA) designed for installation on only live web servers, including professional shared hosting environments. Fully optimized and lightweight, it contains only backend source code for a seamless and secure deployment. This system is designed for managing customer queries in the context of providing supportive services. It features a registration system for customers, agents, and administrators. Customers can submit query tickets and receive notifications via email/SMS alerts (if configured). When an admin or authorized agent responds, customers will also be notified. Additionally, the system can generate various types of business invoices and facilitate business payments, allowing customers to view their submitted queries, invoices, and payment requests.
