Multi Language

It is possible to add multiple language including RTL. ARABIC is provided by default.

Admin can initiate New Business Owners

It is possible for the admin to initiate business owner account from Admin Panel, then that business owner can log in to the system and proceed with shop creation

Employee Attendance

Business Owners can see their employee’s monthly attendance count from Business Panel. He can also change the attendance status for ‘today’

Dynamic Business Label

It is possible to change the Business label to use-case specific. Example: Salons, Classes

Dynamic Service Categories

It is possible to add multiple service categories by the system owner.

Dynamic Banners

It is possible to add multiple banner images by the system owner.

Coupons

System owner can add coupons to be applicable on all the orders matching pricing criteria. Coupon amount can
be either percentage or flat amount.

Choose Service Location

Customers can opt for service at their own address or they can visit the business place directly.

Add to Calendar

Customers can add their appointments to various type of calendar just by a couple of clicks

Payment Method

Stripe & Cash. These two are integrated by default. More can be added as personal additional customization.

Notifications

Apps are using OneSignal service to get push notification from backend.

Verification

Customers can be set with compulsory verification by SMS, powered by Twilio. Another service can be integrated as
personal additional customization.

Commission Revenue System

Admin can decide the commission percentage or flat amount which splits from Business owner’s earnings.

Commission Percentage for Employee

Each Employee can have individual commission percentage. Monthly commission share will be shown in the Business Panel > Reports Section.

Payout Feature

Admin can mark the certain amount as paid out to business. Payout Transaction History can be seen from the Admin Panel

Review Reporting

Business Owners can report the inappropriate reviews left by customers.

Dynamic Notification Templates

Admin can customize the content of Notifications from the Admin Panel, using provided variables.

Send Notifications From Admin Panel

Admin can send custom notification to Business Owners from the Admin Panel.

Module

Admin can purchase & add loyalty module to allow customers to earn certain loyalty points per booking.

OTP Verification

Admin can set whether customers are required to verify with either email or mobile.

Nearby Business Feature

Google Map Key used to get nearby business within admin defined radius.

Multiple Currency

There are multiple currencies available to choose one from. Any One currency can be in use at a time.

Emailing

Admin can use SMTP to Send Emails from the Platform.

SMS

Twilio SMS Channel is integrated to Send SMS from the Platform.

Terms Conditions & Privacy Policy

Admin can enter Terms Conditions & Privacy Policy from the Admin Panel.

Admin can set Primary Color, App Name, Version, Footer Text, Favicon, Logo from the Admin Panel.
