How to Use the XML Toolkit

1. Installation: Upload the XML Toolkit module file in the Perfex CRM “Modules” section and click “Install” to integrate it with your system.
2. Configuration: After installation, navigate to the module settings. Configure it according to your needs, including API keys and preferences for E-invoicing.
3. View and Manage Invoices: Access the XML Toolkit module to view and manage your invoices.
4. Export Invoices: Select invoices for export, either individually or in bulk.
5. Download and Send E-Invoices: Download XML files directly or send them via email to relevant parties.
6. Permission Management: Define staff permissions to control access and ensure secure data handling.
7. Support: For assistance, open a support ticket through the module interface.
